Managing Your Company Account Settings

Keep your company profile and account settings up to date to make hiring smooth and professional.

Accessing Settings

  • Go to the left-hand navigation and select Settings.

  • From here you can update account information, payment methods, notifications, and company profile details.

Account Information

In the Account section, you can:

  • Update your full name and email address.

  • Add a phone number and mailing address.

  • Adjust your timezone (important for scheduling with developers).

  • Change your password at any time.

Payment Settings

  • Add or manage credit cards for project payments.

  • Update your company billing address.

  • Ensure your payment method is valid β€” all payments must go through Moonlight.

Email Preferences

Control the emails you receive from Moonlight:

  • New messages: Get alerts when developers respond to your job posts or interview chats.

  • New referrals: Get notified when someone signs up using your referral link.

  • Newsletter: Weekly updates from the Moonlight team (optional).

  • Candidate alerts: Receive notifications when developers matching your criteria announce availability.

Company Profile

From the Company tab, you can:

  • Update your company name, logo, and description.

  • Add your website and social links.

  • Select relevant skills and tags to help developers understand your focus.

  • Manage your team members (add or remove coworkers with access).

Deactivating Your Account

If you no longer want to use Moonlight, you can deactivate your account from the Settings page.

  • Deactivation stops access to projects and billing.

  • Contact team@moonlightwork.com if you need support or plan to return in the future.

FAQs

Who can see my account details?

Only you and your authorized team members can see your account and company details. Developers see only the information you choose to share in your public company profile.

Can I have multiple admins?

Yes. Any coworker you add to your company profile has the same level of access.

What if I need to update my billing contact?

You can add or replace cards and update billing addresses directly in Payment Settings.
